As a seasoned technical writer and information architect, I had always prided myself on creating content that helped customers navigate complex products. However, my career took an exhilarating turn when I embraced the challenge of becoming a Content Marketing Manager.   4. Multifaceted Role: I became a one-woman show, juggling roles as a content strategist, editor, and SEO specialist.

Rising to the challenge, I:

  • Developed comprehensive editorial guidelines and mentored team members on company tone and voice.
  • Created end-to-end customer journey maps to inform content strategy.
  • Built product paths and activity flows for seamless customer onboarding.
  • Implemented data-driven strategies by diving deep into analytics for content optimization.
